Return and Refund Policy
1. Statutory right of withdrawal (EU / Denmark)
If you are a consumer, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you (or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier) receive the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by a clear statement (for example, by email). You may use any wording you like, as long as it is clear that you wish to withdraw.
2. Our extended return period
In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a voluntary return period of 30 days from the day you receive your order.
Returns received after the statutory 14-day withdrawal period but within 30 days will be handled as a goodwill return in accordance with this policy.
3. Condition of returned items
You may try the product in the same way as you would in a physical store. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
If the item has been used more than described above, we reserve the right to make a reasonable deduction in your refund to reflect the reduced value.
Items should be returned clean, unused and with all original tags and packaging where possible.
4. How to return an item
To start a return, please contact us at soeren@deys.dk with your order number and details of the item you wish to return.
We will provide you with return instructions and the correct return address.

We recommend that you use a trackable shipping service and keep the receipt as proof of shipment, as you are responsible for the goods until we receive them.
5. Return shipping costs
•If you use your statutory right of withdrawal or our extended return policy for reasons other than defect or incorrect delivery, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.•If the goods are faulty, damaged on arrival, or we have sent the wrong item, we will refund your reasonable return shipping costs or provide a prepaid label where available.
6. Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned goods, we will process your refund as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after receiving the goods or proof that they have been sent back.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless we have explicitly agreed otherwise with you.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
7. Exchanges
We do not guarantee stock for exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend returning it for a refund and placing a new order for the desired product.
8. Complaints and defects – 2-year legal guarantee
Under Danish and EU law, you have a 2-year right to complain about goods that are faulty or not as described.
If you wish to file a complaint about a defect, please contact us as soon as possible after discovering the issue and include photos and a description of the problem. We will assess whether the defect is covered and, where relevant, offer repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund.
This right to complain is separate from, and in addition to, the return rights described above.
