These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made on our webshop.

2. Ordering process
By placing an order on our webshop, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent.
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an automatic order confirmation by email. This email is not a binding acceptance of your order, only an acknowledgement.
A binding purchase agreement is only concluded when you receive a shipping confirmation or separate order acceptance from us.
We reserve the right to cancel your order in the event of obvious pricing errors, stock errors or if we suspect misuse.
3. Prices and Payment
Our webshop displays prices in multiple currencies for your convenience.
However, all purchases are processed in the store’s base currency and include Danish VAT (moms) in accordance with applicable Danish and EU legislation.Prices shown on the site may appear in different currencies depending on your location or selected preference.
The final checkout price will always clearly display the currency in which your order will be charged.
All prices include 25% Danish VAT unless otherwise stated.
Any shipping costs or additional fees will be shown separately during checkout before you complete your order.
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout (e.g. Visa, Mastercard, MobilePay, etc.), and payment is collected when your order is dispatched or as otherwise specified at checkout.
4. Delivery
We deliver to the destinations, with the methods, and within the time frames described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
5. Right of withdrawal and returns
Your statutory right of withdrawal and our extended return policy are described in our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
6. Complaints and defects
If you believe your item is defective or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible, providing your order number and a description of the issue.
You have a 2-year legal right to complain about defects under applicable Danish and EU consumer law.
If the complaint is justified, we will offer repair, replacement, a reasonable price reduction or a full refund, depending on the specific situation.
7. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for indirect losses, including loss of profits, loss of business or similar, unless required by mandatory law.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount you have paid for the product in question, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer law.
We are not responsible for failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), such as strikes, natural disasters, war, pandemics, or interruptions in transport or power.
8. Governing law and disputes
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Danish law, except for such mandatory consumer protection rules that apply in your country of residence within the EU.
